Digital / IZOD Charpy Impact Tester is developed to calculate the impact energy required to break notched specimens of definite shape and size, when placed at the maximum velocity point of a swinging weighted pendulum. Dart Impact Tester are used to determine the strength of the packaging material (Films). The instrument consist of a dart placed above the base. It is released on the sample and if it fail to break, new height is determine. It is useful in packaging industry. Standard features includes: • Specimen Clamp – A Two Piece Annular Specified Clam. Electromagnet for supporting and release the dart assembly. The aggregate impact test apparatus that we offer are used for determining the aggregate impact value. These consist of a base and support columns to form a rigid framework around the quick release trigger mechanism to ensure an effective free fall of the hammer during test. In addition, our range is also equipped with free fall, which can be adjusted. Further, hammer is also provided with a locking arrangement.

Asian Toe Cap Impact Tester is made on a horizontal platform which has two guide bars which guide the impact weight. There is a mild steel plunger of specified dimensions which is used the intermediate parts between the impact weight and the toe cap. The plunger is freely supported to the toe cap. Charpy Test : The Charpy test piece rests on alloy steel support anvils, fitted on the base of the machine rigidly held in position by Allen screws. End stopper is provided for quickly and accurately locating the test piece centrally between the supports.
Izod Test : The Izod test piece is clamped vertically in Izod support fitted on the base of the machine. The support is provided with a machined vertical groove to suit the test piece size. The front clamp piece & the Allen screw enable clamping of the test piece in correct height with the help of Izod setting gauge supplied.
