Our impact pulverizer meets most of the capacity requirements. It combines grinding, classifying, conveying in one single unit.
It grinds easily and offers a safe and economical option. We offer a wide range of particle sizing of any non abrasive material, hard or soft. The Impact Pulverizer consists encased rotor-carrying swing hammers, whizzer classifier for finesse regulation and pressure gradient creator mounted on a solid shaft.
Raw material from the feed hopper enters manually or automatically inside the roll feeder and as the feeder pockets rotate spills into the grinding chamber. The impact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for clarification and the over size particles are rejected by the finesse regulators (whizzer classifier) and returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding.

This equipment is a unit complete in itself and is provided with a feed hopper that feeds the machine, which is well adjusted and controlled by the feed controller provided in the machine. We have also provided it with the screen plate placed on the base plate which can be easily changed for regulating the mesh required. Impact Pulveriser Technical Details
Swing hammer type grinding chamber lined with replaceable lining plates, built-in whizzer classifier strong suction blower. All the wearing parts of the grinding chamber ,whizzer. Classifier and the blower are lined with replaceable lining plates. The main driving shaft (EN-8) runs on a pair of heavy duty self aligning Ball/Roller Bearing fitted in dust proof bearing housing.
