We manufacture prime surface / immersion heat exchanger that are constructed from two metal sheets forming a series of passages through which heating or cooling media flows. These heat exchangers are available in more than 300 sizes and in a huge variety of custom designed solutions. There is no real limitation of maximum flow of these heat exchangers. Their temperature ranges from Up to 205 zero C and maximum work pressure is 28 bar. These heat exchangers consists of water, freon, ammonia, calcium or sodium brine and there is no upper limitation as these elements can be connected in parallel within the unit.
Tubular elements used for heating liquids (corrosive - non-corrosive) are known as immersion heaters that are manufactured by us using high quality material. Available in ranges of 1 KW lo 4.5 KW with adaptor fillings 1'BSP lo 2 1/2'BSP threaded brass flanges duly nickel chromium plated.

Our infrared heaters produce maximum output in form of heat energy. They are constructed by a firmly burnt-in heating coil. As the coil is embedded in ceramic material, it can be installed in any possible position. The heater incorporates highly heatproof resistance wire that provides safety against any damage. The material used for the production do not oxidize therefore the surface always remains clean and do not wear out.
