We offer three types of industrial tubular heaters including Tubular Elements, Screw Plug Immersion Heaters and Flanged Immersion Heaters. Each end of the coil is welded to the screw's of inner end, which remain covered in the tube and the other end of the screw protrudes outside the tube, which is to be connected to the power supply. Other end of the screw protrudes outside the tube, which is to be connected to the power supply.
Features:
* Coil is made up of helically wound Nickel Chrome wire, which is housed in a tube of SS 304 sheath.
* Magnesium Oxide (MgO).
* High thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
* Filled tube of these heaters is then evenly compressed in Swaging Machine, to reduce the tube diameter and to hold the coil firmly in the center of the tube.
* Can be mounted in any position.
* Configured with SS Screw type terminals.

Our Immersion Heaters are manufactured using tubular elements. The specifications for corrosive and non-corrosive liquids are different. In case of corrosive liquids, the sheath of the heating element is enclosed in a casing. The casing may be metallic or non-metallic. For longer life of the heating element, a casing made of a special alloy is preferred. We offer immersion heaters of different capacities in the range of 1 KW to 4.5 KW. To suit different applications, the adaptor fittings vary from 1" B.S.P to 2½ " B.S.P. The threaded brass flanges are nickel-chromium plated.
