Holographic Hot Stamping Foil enables our clients to transfer any holographic image to the substrate using hot stamping machine. This solve the problem of getting exact logos or images on various surfaces like documents, cards, tax labels, letter heads, etc. The impression or images of the hologram are embossed on lacquered, mattalized polyester film and then a special hot melt coating is applied in the foil. Fussion Mark™ is a holographic hot stamping foil used mainly for documents. With the application of heat and pressure, this foil is amalgamated onto a host surface like paper, plastic etc.
The product is highly secured. Once fused onto a surface, it becomes it's integral part and then the image becomes so secured that it is impracticable to transfer or remove it.

Hot Stamping is a pollution-free dry printing process in which the colour pigment or metallic material layer is transferred from a continuous carrier film to the object to be decorated. The process uses controlled heat & pressure through a heated die to transfer the image from the foil to substrate like Paper, Plastic, Wood etc.
Besides the pigmented and metallic Foils, Holographic Stamping Foils are also available not only to deter the counterfeiters but also to decorate the product.
Both stock and custom designed holographic foils are available.
