The JEC JSZ series pump is a self-priming side channel pump particularly suitable for pumping products which contain varying quantities of air & gases which cannot be pumped by a centrifugal pump.
They must be filled with liquid only at first start, afterward they are able to self-prime, also if the suction pipe is empty.
Todays automatic production operations require the total removal of fluid from pipe work and systems, both before and after cleaning cycle.
The pumps can deliver capacity up to 50,000 I/hr and deliver pressure up to 4 bar and have suction lift capability up to 5 meters (16 feet).

Constructional Features: Our PPC Process Pump is a horizontal single end suction standardized back pull out process pump. PPC series process pumps are supplied with mechanical seal/gland packing arrangement covering 85% of the chemical industry’s requirement. The pumps are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer-a chemically inert thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive molding process.
These pumps provide an unusual protection against highly corrosive chemicals. The solid molded casing and impeller ensure a smooth running pump for long life and minimum wear. All pumps, shafts are fitted with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled.

I. Casing: Axially split volute cases with suction and discharge branches located opposite in line in the lower half. This allows easy removal of the rotating element, without disturbing the pipe work. Pump required for higher heads have double volute casing to minimize radial thrust.
