Most jobs can be honed with the standard universal fixture with interchangeable tool holders. The SPM make Honing machine is of heavy duty, with plenty of power to run upto 2500 RPM. The machine is provided with a wide range of stroking rate from 80 to 310 strokes/min.

D-HONER-DHV 100 The honing cycle is fully automobile. The operator has to put the job on fixture and give the clamp command for automatic clamping and press cycle start button. The honing tool start rotate, reciprocate and servo expansion will start as per settable program. Same time mechanical gauge will try to enter inside the job during honing process. When gauge is entered, machine will automatically transfer to finishing cycle. In this cycle servo will count it settable pulses for final size of the job. When it is complete the pulses cycle will stop and machine will goes home as per the program.
