Our high speed cooling mixer is an automatic mixer and cooing unit that comes in compact design with mono block construction. The combined unit is equipped with separate mixer, cooler and operators platform which provides flexibility in installation and maintenance. It is widely used in the production of both rigid and plasticized PVC dry blends. A unique mixing impulse produces rapid mixing action and fast frictional heating by using aerodynamic principles. The large water fooled surface in the cooler ensures faster cooling time in comparison to mixer heating time.
