Piston rods are hardened, ground and hard constructed plated. Before delivery all the cylinders are rusted.
We manufacture mill duty series cylinders in bolted type. These moll duty hydraulic cylinders come in medium pressure 160 bar series and double acting with mounting dimensions that conform to ISO 6020-1 medium series. The cylinder size selection is based on axial pulling/ pushing load. The selection of rod is based on buckling load/ tensile load.
These hydraulic cylinders come with the ease of Servicing and Maintenance. These products also come with multiple mounting options and adjustable cushioning valve with integrated reverse check option.
