We offer our clients a quality range of Drum Heaters that facilitates efficient, clean & economical way of handling viscous or solidified materials with low melting point in drums. The material could be asphalt, bitumen, fats, gelatin, glucose, grease, lubricating oils, paints, petroleum jelly, phenols, plastics, sodium tar, vegetable oils, varnishes and waxes. The material may either be melted completely or removed as a liquid, or they can be melted only at the surface touching the drum walls. Further, it can be removed as a solid block by tilting the drum. The heating in heater is gentle and uniform, and there is no chance of local overheating.
These heaters are basically mobile ovens that are heated by heaters having flexible surface made fabricated using imported Nichrome 80/20. Made in rugged designs, these heaters are widely used in chemical industry for a host of applications.
