L-Sealer with tunnel is a packaging system in which 2 machines are used for shrink packing of products using POF / LDPE shrink film. L-Sealer is combined with a shrink tunnel. The two machines are combined as one unit for maximum and faster productivity. The product to be wrapped is inserted into the film and sealed in the L -sealer manually or option of Pneumatic sealing is also available. After sealing the product moves to the shrink tunnel, with the help of auto take off system. The film shrinks inside the tunnel at set temperature and speed of travel.
Film wrapping machine adopts LLDPE stretch film as packing material to pack large and heavy or artistic face package. By that way it can keep package from dust, damp and damage. During transportation package won't scatter and fall down. It is widely used in printing, paper making, chemical industry, food and transportation etc. Packed article is compact and beautiful.
