Our sheet pasting (gluing machine) is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugation 2 ply sheets to make different ply. It consists of three rollers which is smoothly finished to ensure even lamination of boards. Wheels with eccentric bushes are provided to the one roller for the adjustment far optimum application of gum & one far even impression on 2 ply board. I. Gluer Section: The upper glue roll's glue cup is provided with a spring cushion that can adjust the glue to precise feeding. The Paper boards can pass through the prepress roll before being delivered to the glue section to make the fold part flat and prevent crown in center of paper board.
II. Counter Ejector Section: The counter ejector section has an upper belt and spring that ensures smooth delivery of the carton. An ejector with 90-degree valve to match the push shaft delivers the carton out from the gate.
III. Squaring Section: We offer both high speed and low speed options for folding the cartons. After folding, the cartons are blown down by an air press so that the carton can be stabilized in a pileup.
