Our sheet pasting (gluing machine) is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugation 2 ply sheets to make different ply. It consists of three rollers which is smoothly finished to ensure even lamination of boards. Wheels with eccentric bushes are provided to the one roller for the adjustment far optimum application of gum & one far even impression on 2 ply board. Hard Chromed rollers are provided far economy and better quality at an additional cast.

We manufacture natraj sheet pasting machine which finds its use in the application of the glue on the lips of the corrugated surface of paper or a board. Design Characteristics : Thus machine mainly constitutes three rolls viz glue applicator, glue doctor & a feed roll. The large applicator roll revolving in the Glue carries the adhesive, layered evently by the doctor roll behind, to the crests of the paper flute. A third roll, which rotates freely, is suspended over the glue applicator roll for feeding of the board The gap between the rolls is adjustable.
