We offer both ground profile (Class A) and M/c relieved (Class C) gear hobs. Gear hobs from 0.5 module upwards can be made. We specialize in straight spline gear hobs (unground profile). The profile of the hob tooth is designed on a computer so that it generates the straight spline correctly during hobbing. Semi-topping and protuberance features can be provided.
Gear hob offered by us are standard hobs for spur and helical gears and are manufactured as per prevailing international standards. Used for cutting and shaping of gears, these gear hob can be offered in different finishes including pre-shaving, pre- grinding, semi topping and others as per customer given specifications.
