These dressings are developed using the leno weave of cotton, impregnated with white soft paraffin and coated with chlorhexedine 0.5% w/w which is an antimicrobial agent that is active against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram negative bacteria. It helps in the speedy recovery of the wound. We provide chlorhexedine gauze dressings in the standard sizes of 10cmx10cm and 10cmx30cm.
