SSGLA CO2 manifold system enables the consumers to draw CO2 gas at one place, and thus mishandling of the CO2 cylinders is avoided to a greater extent. All this eliminates the carriage of individual cylinders at different locations, where MIG welding sets/ user system are located. A special system is incorporated in the CO2 cylinder manifold system due to which low pressure gas (required by the user) can be sent through the pipeline.
SSGLA CO2 manifold system is properly configured, inter-locked, safe and it ensures trouble free service. CO2 is transported in the cylinder or storage tankers in liquid phase and is evaporated and expanded to lower pressure. During this process, CO2 is cooled, and it results in pressure oscillation.

Why a Gas Distribution System?
If you think about it, most of the gases are toxic, flammable, corrosive, or often a combination of these. Other gases constitute a different hazard-such as asphyxiation, anesthesia or, simply, pressure. For some customer installations, a simple pressure regulator or control valve will not suffice, for example:
1) Where the gas, for physical considerations of space or location, must be stored in an area remote from point of use.
2) Where two or more cylinders are coupled together for high flow-rates.
3) Where a regular purge cycle is required between gas uses or at cylinder change-over.
4) Where safety considerations with a toxic or flammable gas require that equipment and/or pipelines containing that gas should be totally isolated from the working environment.

We are providing a quality range of Gastech CO2 Manifold System, which is a centralized banking system comprising of two banks made of heavy-duty copper pipe. Connected to the common assembly, the two banks have a regulator Inlet Valve & First Stage Regulator. Only one bank is operational at a time and the cylinder of that particular bank is emptied first.
