Our compressed air and gas line filters(oil removal) are the ultarfilters which remove oil and dust particles that are mixed with condensate. If these particles are not removed, it is highly harmful for the machinery and equipment in the plant as it forms amalgam which is a thick viscose matter and gets struck up in airlines and offices in the pneumatic system and instrumentation. Looking at the number of problems which frequently occur in Gas Chromatographic analysis are caused due to impure gases. For this problem, we are offering our gas filters which are designed to remove oxygen, moisture, hydrocarbons, oil and other foreign materials from gas streams. It provides purification and controls of gases as the carrier gas passes through oxygen and moisture removal filters. The air passes through moisture & hydrocarbon removal filters and hydrogen passes through moisture & hydrocarbon removal filters. All gas streams are efficiently controlled by a constant pressure regulator and its inlet and outlet pressures are displayed on gauges.
Gas filters are used to separate dust and other particles such as oils, waxes, tar etc which are all heavy ends in Low and High Pressure service lines. These are used to protect the system and the other safety equipment provided on the pipeline. These Gas Filters have negligible pressure loss across their end connections.
There are two models of filters:
Model F-1 which is ½1/2' BSPPF x 1/2' BSPPF
Model F - 2 which is 1" BSPPF x 1" BSPPF
Both the models are provided with pressure gauges. As the filter is used and its element gets contaminated with heavy ends, the outlet pressure starts dropping with respect to its inlet pressure. This can be visually read from the two pressure gauges provided on the filter. The element requires changing when there is a drop of 50% or more between its inlet and outlet readings.

These are ideally suited and recommended as in situ cartridges for GC consumable gases to minimise/ reduce the critical impurities like oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons from levels f 10 to 20 vpm to less than 1 vpm. For the removal of particulates from the gases, we provide different types of filters which includes sintered filters (up to 0.1 micron).
The gases (even UHP) used for GCs and other analytical instruments have impurities. The UHP
gases available in India are found to have impurities in excess of 20
ppm. These impurities normally consist of nitrogen, oxygen, organic
compounds and water. Of these impurities, oxygen, organic compounds and
