Gas and liquid coolers are available in ten standard sizes through a capacity range of 15 to 1000 tons of ammonia refrigeration. Designed for installation in the booster discharge line, the gas and liquid coolers sub cools liquid ammonia from the receiver for the low stage load while super heating booster discharge gas to the high stage compressor. Superheat of booster discharge gas is necessary to prevent overheating of the high stage compressor.

We provide highly efficient and superior quality Forced Draft Coolers for various applications. The Forced Draft Cooler is basically gas to air heat exchanger. These coolers are generally used for cooling the gas at elevated temperature before passing through the bag filter or any other dust collection where high temperature gas is not recommended. These are especially suitable for Heat and mass transfer where water cannot be used economically as cooling media. In this cooler the hot gas is passed over the capsules and cold ambient air is passed through the capsules with the help of axial flow fans. This is particularly suitable for Sponge Iron Kilns.
In Process Gas Coolers offered by us gas passes through tubes, the cooling length of which is subdivided into different sections. The important sections include a hot or inlet section, a medium temperature or intermediate section, and a cool discharge section. These sections carry out different process enabling the gas to cool the system fro which it is used.
