protect structures and equipment from corrosion, we offer service of
hot dip galvanizing for ferrous and non ferrous items. Before the
start of galvanization, we clean the item by HCL acid bath cleaning
or shot blasting process. Then it is galvanized in zinc bath at a
temperature of 450°c.
For
hot dip zinc galvanizing, we make use of Zinc Bath Tank: L = 3500 X W
= 1100 X D = 1500 m.m to carry out effective processing. The process
of hot dip galvanizing is approved by PGCIL Power Gride Corporation
Of India Ltd. through Crompton Greaves Ltd & ABB Ltd.

Hot-dip galvanizing is a from of galvanization. It is the process of coating iron and steel with a thin zinc layer, by passing the steel though a molten bath of zinc at a temperature of around 860°F (460°C), when Exposed to the atmosphere, pure zinc reacts with oxygen to from zinc oxide, which further reacts with carbon dioxide to form zinc carbonate, a dull greg, fairly strong material that stops further corrosion in many circumstance, protecting the steel below from the elements Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where rust resistance is needed, and can be identified by the crystallization patterning on the surface.
