We manufacture a range of rubber vacuum hoses and rubber suction hoses in natural, SBR, EPDM, PVC/NBR, Hypalon®, Viton®, Neoprene ®, Vamac ® and NBR in straight as well as dissimilar shapes. The reinforcement fabrics used are usually Polyesters and sometimes even Kevlar ® as required by the customers. These industrial vacuum hoses are convoluted with a Spring Steel wire coil. These industrial suction Hoses are either extruded with yarn braiding or wrapped with fabric plies.

The automatic nozzles manufactured by OPW consist of a lever which when lifted causes the stem to move upwards to open the main poppet. This allows the fuel to flow through the nozzle. The lever can be operated manually or engaged in rack position and as long as the nozzle keeps the venturi or bleeder poppet open the fuel will flow through. When the sensing port is covered by the fluid flow of air stops and the main diaphragm is flexed upwards causing the lever to disengage shutting off the fuel flow.
