A range of versatile fully automatic vertical form fill seal machines suitable for packing powders / granules in sachets / pouches, for a packed weight between 20 grams to 50 grams or 50 grams to 100 grams. The machine is ideal for tea, coffee, rice, short pasta, detergents, spices, sugar, milk powder, fruit drink concentrate powders, chemicals, etc. The machine has an electronic photo-cell print registration unit for accurate sealing as per print area. Sealing pattern available is center seal (Pillow pack), and 4 side seal.
The machines are available with a volumetric cup filler as standard equipment. However, for special applications with non-free-flowing powders, auger filler can be provided instead. Other optional equipment includes nitrogen flushing device for modifying the atmosphere at the time of closing the pack, for greater shelf life.
