The seal is welded so it has to be destroyed or removed if the bottle is supposed to be open.
The 7&8 layer wads we manufacture for our clients consist of a liner that is fitted in to the cap and act as a secondary seal. When the user break the primary seal, it exposes the products and thus it reseal the liners and provide assured air tightness as well as protect the product as many times it is used.
