Expanded Polyethene Foam
Our company offers a wide variety of flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. They are used with foam cutter, saws, slitters, carrousels, cnc, convoluters and peelers . PU foam profile is a rigid polyurethane foam prepared from a foam able mixture consisting essentially of an organic polyisocyanate, an organic polyol, a blowing agent and a catalyst consisting of a mixture of lithium and zinc salts of aliphatic or alicyclic organic monocarboxylic acids or mixtures of acids.

Our wide range of foam padding is cut from long foam sheets. These are available in different densities to gain as much compression as the application requires. These foam pads can be laminated with an adhesive backing so that the foam padding can be installed as a component in the product.
Our range of foam packing are available in various thickness, density and color. These are used for packing athletic equipment, filtration, insulation, gasket and special packaging for the electronics, appliance, cosmetic, and instrumentation markets.
We have product grades for the additives for polyurethane foam (flexible/rigid) as FPU - 90, PU - 200 for Polyurethane Foam (Flexible/Rigid) application. These grades have expansion from 90 cc to 200 cc per gram. Our flame retardant products pass the BS: 5852, DIN 4102 and FM-302 & ISI standards. The additive easily passes the other standards for flammability.
