300mm nominal bore size DN. The strength and protection given to BLACK

Exhaust gas recirculation technology is recycling of small amount of the exhaust gas to reduce oxides of nitrogen (Nox) that is one of the air polluting gas, by lowering the temperatures of engine interiors and absorption of vibration and heat expansion from engine.
EGR tube assembly carries unburnt gas vapors from the exhaust manifold chambers to the intake manifold and is reintroduced into the engine firing sequence. It is used in conjunction with catalytic converter for better performance. It also enhances the life of critical engine moving parts. The gases are cooled before they are fed back.

Stainless steel hoses and bellows are offered from 6 mm (1/4’ ) to 300 mm (12’). The annular corrugated food grade hose body provides the flexibility and pressure tight core of the assembly.Unbraided corrugated hoses tend to elongate when pressurized above a certain level. To restrain this, an external layer of stainless steel wire braiding is provided on the hoses. Braiding prevent longitudinal expansion of corrugated hose and thus increases the internal pressure strength of the stainless steel hoses many fold. Braiding is highly flexible and exactly follows the movements of the hose. Unless specified, braiding in stainless steel AISI 304 wire will be supplied , braiding can also be supplied in copper. Tinned copper or stainless steel AISI 316 in case of bulk requirements.

We present high strength & reliable SS braids. When pressure is applied, upbraided corrugated hose tends to elongate axially. To restrain this, an external layer of SS wire braid is provided.
Sometimes two or even three layers of braiding are provided for high pressure applications. The braiding is highly flexible and follows the movement of the hose.
The braid is normally manufactured in SS 304 wire. However, SS 316 & SS 321 braid can also be manufactured. We also supply wire braid in different configurations as per customer specifications.
