Manufacturing
Square Lock construction is highly flexible steel conduit made by helically winding of cold rolled annealed and pinch passed mild steel strips with sheared edges.
This strip is hot Dipped Galvanized with thread sealed tight. This is coated with a uniform thickness at outside 0.7 mm of PVC under vacuum. This conduit can be supplied to customer as per requirement. It provides superior flexibility, good aesthetics, abrasion resistant, PVC with stands degradation by cutting fluids, coolants oil.
Utility
Liquid Tight offers a liquid tight solution and is designed to operate at elevated temperatures. The conduit is not affected by environment which are contaminated with oil or grease.

About Liquid Tight Flexible Conduits
Galvanized strong steel strip has been helically wound to form an flexible conduit and a heavy duty PVC is then extruded onto the conduit to create a smooth surface, onto which a water tightseal can be formed to resist oil and grease.(without threading)
