Heavy duty roller flaker works on the principle of pressing material in between cylindrical rollers/grooved rollers to make flakes of material. Rollers are made of hardened special steel and machined with high precision. They are mounted on a robust and heavy structure to withstand enormous pressure and vibration during operation. The gap and pressure between the rollers can be altered easily.
Applications: For flaking turmeric, paper, ginger maize fenugreek, herbal materials, etc.

Product Discription The flaker consists of a pair of rolls through which the seeds are passed. Each roll runs at a different speed. Two pistons commanded by a hydraulic system exert pressure on the flaking rolls. Special Features: The maximum pressure during operation is 35 bar. Hence the life of the machine is very long. The roll bearings are mounted on bipartiate castings. This helps for easy maintenance and rolls can be removed without dismantling the hydraulic system.
