The 5000 series Fire Entry Suits consists of separate Coat (with B.A.Set Pouch), Pant, Hood, Boots and Gloves constructed from multiple layers of insulation for maximum heat protection. This unique, breakthrough insulation Technology, delivers superior heat and flame protection. 5000 series Fire Entry Suits features new patents and ergonomic designs permitting users greater freedom of moments.
These items of heat protective garments are manufactured from High Texturized Silica Fabric, Thermal Insulation Fabric, Moisture Barrier Lining & Fire Retardant Fabric Lining and Woolen Lining.
All these garments are stitched using the superior quality 4 Ply Kevlar thread of DUPONT make, USA.
Shoes are with oil and heat resistant sole.
Application: Ideal for its use where the high heat protection is required. Designed for short duration ambient heat 1500 deg. F (815 C.), Radiant heat 2500 deg. F (1371 C) and total flame 2000 deg.F (1093 C).

We can provide good quality light weight fire retardant coveralls. flame retardant coveralls which works by emitting a noncombustible gas which smothers the flame much like a fire extinguisher. This type of retardant coveralls when used in a flame retardant coverall is preferred by some customers due to the comfort of the cotton fabric and the excellent flame smothering capabilities of the FFR.
We manufacture fire entry suits that is mainly used in extinguishing fire during any hazards. The fire entry suit is offered in various layers and weighs 22 kgs and can handle fire with 2000°F temperature. The fire entry suits can be easily worn and is equipped with ZETEX – PLUS fabric outer layer for providing utmost performance even in open fire. It consists of coat with long sleeves, double storm fly front and pouch to carry cylinder for breathing apparatus.
The safety fire suits are provided with adjustable straps with pant and hood that can be kept in the built-in shell. In order to provide thermal protection to the eyes the fibre glass helmet has tempered glasses and two gold plated lenses. The fire entry suit is offered with ZETEX-PLUS fabric made mittons and boots to save the firefighter from any danger.

We offer high performance fire proximity suit that is widely applicable in intense heat, fire, steam and hot liquid. These fire proximity suits are extensively used in the petrochemical plants, foundries, plant, steel, glass, ceramics and defence industry. We offer our clients with nomex fire suits having three layers. In addition, we also endow with FR hood and gloves with this suit. The nomex fire suits is EN 469 certified and CE marked. It is provided with a full sleeved jacket having a front zipper with flap closing.
The trousers have suspenders for adjusting the height as per the user. The dress is given 3M Retroreflactive tape that can be applied on chest, sleeves and bottom of trousers. The suit can also be customized as per the specifications provided by the clients.
