The Vibratory Finishing Machines are mass finishing machines, used for deburring, polishing, descaling, and surface improvement on metal and plastic components. These machines can be used for a lot of components and processing objectives. Working Principle
The machine consists of annular bowl lined with either rubber or polyurethane. The bowl is filled up with media (either ceramic, plastic, maize etc. depending upon the finish required) and components. Vibration is achieved by mounting eccentric weights on top and bottom of a special heavy-duty motor with extended shaft on both the ends. The vibrations caused by the eccentric wrights are transmitted to the bowl by springs. This results in a unique spiral of media and components. Besides the functions of normal finishers with pneumatic sleeve tensioning, this model which is unique in its kind, is equipped with a carriage which searches the lower edge of shirts and stops as soon as it reaches it, by means of a photocell; then the aspiration phase begins, to tighten the shirt to the bust, enabling the user to position it correctly.
