Application - Dyeing
AUXI IN DE SAN can be applied in both exhaust baths and in padding processes.
In the exhaust dyeing of reactive with prior addition of 1-2% of AUXI IN DE SAN in the dye bath maintains Ca and Mg ions. These ions may interfere in the dyeing process, particularly when using hard water.
In the dyeing of reactive during the cold pad-batch process, the adding up of 2-3 gm of the chemical in the padding solution gives dyeing with fine constancy and solidity for the similar reason.
Addition of 2 gm/I of our auxiliary chemical during the washing of reactive dyeing facilitate speedy removal of unfixed dye. This leads to improve rub fastness of the dyeing.
