This apparatus is used for molding suppositories, lipsticks and similar products. This equipment permits melting, agitation and mixing during the filling operation. Stainless steel kettle and agitator are heated by a glycerin bath and 1000 watt heating element. Thermostat permits adjustment of temperature of kettle contents from 20 to 100 C by 1 graduation. The sled, below the filler nozzle, holds any type of mould. It is adjustable in all directions and controlled by a hand wheel. Capacity of kettle is 3.5 lt. Heating jacket requires 2.75kg of glycerin. Production varies with material, moulds, etc. but production rates up to 4000 moulds per hour are not unusual. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

The pot for filling and molding suppositories and lipsticks are suitable for attach on our Main Drive the mould as per the requirement of customer can be designed at extra cost.

Durapak’s level filler destined to the beverages industry was launched in the international market in 2004. There are 2 models available of these filling machines : one for still liquids (still water juices, spirits) that uses a level filling technology, and one for carbonated liquids (still or sparkling water, juices, soft-drinks, beer) that employs the isobaric filling system. This can process glass or pet containers, with an output speed from 12,000 to 100,000 bottles/hour. The pitch ranges are 94 mm for maximum bottle diameter of 89 mm; 113 mm for maximum bottle diameter of 108 mm and 126 mm for maximum bottle diameter of 115 mm. The number of filling valves varies between 40 and 160 based on machine output speed and pitch.

The machine operates on the principle of volumetric portioning which is achieved by telescopic cups to absorb the batch variation of bulk density. The machine discharges the set quantity of product into the pouch / container held manually under the discharge hopper. The machine is ideal for filling wide range of free flowing powder.

These bulk packer machines are used to pack product in bulk bags under gas filled conditions. The filled pouch with the product is placed in the special nozzle provided in the machine. The Pneumatically operated jaw close the pouch first, fills with nitrogen / desired gas. All the operations are timer controlled in this machine.
