The main feature of this controller is that it ELIMINATES ALL THE ENGINE GAUGES AND ELECTRICAL METERS. In short, there is no moving coil meter in the generator system, neither for the electrical parameter nor for the engine.
It is a unique controller that provides all the standard electrical meters, along with engine meters for Cylinder Temperature, Oil Temperature, Oil Pressure, RPM, Hours, Battery Charger etc. in a single controller panel. EPMS is a micro controller based, multifunction system specially designed to ensure trouble free and continuous operation of critical equipment under erratic power condition. In addition, there is a substantial saving energy and fuel saving. It is a combination of phase and neutral balancing system, line conditioning unit including surge protection and Remote monitoring system.
I. Phase and Neutral balancing system is a three phase specially wound transformer which is installed at low voltage supply line between phase and neutral that is parallel to the impedances. The Snap-Cap "Plus 5" Diffuser consists of two simple parts, the support base and a flexible snap-on check diaphragm. During aeration, the diaphragm lifts from the base, allowing the air to exit through the orifices in the diaphragm. When air stops, the diaphragm is instantly seated against the base by the pressure head of liquid, preventing back flow and clogging. The novel edge design of the diffuser locks on the removal diaphragm to avoid blow off during unusual pressure surges. Our tubes are designed for maximal strength at minimum positive buoyancy. Although tubes are usually not as efficient as discs, tube diffusers are often the most economical choice of all diffusers, particularly the OD90mm diameter x 1 m because of their relatively large size & high air capacity compared to disc diffusers. They require fewer header pipes, less support stands and less installation time than disc diffusers. The tube membranes are extruded from low extractable oil content EPDM polyurethane, silicone or nitrile. Perforations are available in 1 mm or 2 mm slit lengths and both saddles and nipples are designed to mount to US or Metric dimension pipes.
