These hoists use special rope drums that are manufactured using mild steel plates or seamless pipes and are further machined and grooved at working surface accurately to receive the wire rope in a single layer.
These rare quality electric wire rope hoist drums are supported by anti friction ball/roller bearings. A sturdy, specially designed rope guide is provided to guide the wire ropes in correct grooves while lifting and lowering. Our wire rope electric hoist use totally enclosed, oil bath lubricated gear boxes, which are machined out from EN-9/EN-24 steel and teethed on precision bobbing machines. These gear boxes hence offer high durability and reliability. Externally mounted electro magnetic brakes work instantly and provide very flexible reliability.
