Construction
The motors are of rolled steel shell construction. The shell is powder coated to withstand corrosion. Motors are offered in both ball bearing and sleeve bearing types. Operational Theory
During On time of the motor which is normally 5 seconds meterd amount of oil is ejected from all the metering cartridges to lubricate the lubrication points. These metering cartridges are again recharged during OFF time of the motor. The outlet port of the pump is normally Ml 0 X 1. Additionally Pressure Switch and Float switch is applied to control over the oil presence and pressure, A Lubrication timer / Controller is also used to get the oil on required intermittent basis.
