We manufacture a spectrum of air circulation heating and drying ovens, that are uniquely designed to use in a wide range of application. The inner casing of the ovens is constructed from stainless steel with mirror finish that makes it corrosion resistant. We fabricate electrical drying oven which has a triple wall construction. The inner chambers are fabricated using stainless steel and has a powder coated finish of mild steel. Drying Electrodes :
Generally electrodes are hygroscopic in nature, it absorb's moisture from the environment. Such electrodes give porous welds & fuse slowly. For smooth welding, electrodes must be dried perfectly before they used. For low hydrogen electrodes keep oven at 250 deg.C.
Submerged Arc/Gas Welding Fluxes :
Like electrodes, these Fluxes have the tendency to absorb moisture from the environment. Such Fluxes are dried at 250 deg.C. For best result.
Construction :
Double walled, Both side made of mild steel, Glass wool insulations, Interior is painted with heat resisting aluminum paint & Exterior is painted with powder coating epoxy paint.
Heating & Control :
Heating elements are made from best quality Nickel chromium wires. The elements work at low & high Temp and is controlled by thermostat/energy regulator/digital display temperature controller etc.
The electrode drying ovens designed and developed by us are high performing. The efficiency of welding electrodes can be seriously impaired if the costing of electrode is allowed to get damp due to atmospheric moisture. Dampness causes water vapour to be generated in the arc shield and can adversely affect both the running properties of the electrode (by promoting excessive fireness and spatters) and the quality of welded portion (by creating porosity and piping). This problems is severe with hydrogen controlled electrode. We have a range of welding electrode drying ovens to suit many locations and needs.
We provide Paint Soaking Oven for soaking the Liquid paint and Powder also. These oven can be Electrically Heated, Gas Fired and Oil Fired as per the requirement. These Oven can be Batch Type and Conveyor type for continous production.

The gap between two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets.
