The cabinet of LABTOP cooling incubators are insulated with high density Glass wool. Interior of chamber is mirror finish stainless Steel (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) Mild Steel and the door has a silicon gasket with a door lock. Stainless steel trays are provided for storage inside. The heating is effected by air heater of high quality. Complete Unit in total Stainless steel (Inside and outside) is also manufactured by Skylab.

The electrode drying ovens designed and developed by us are high performing. The efficiency of welding electrodes can be seriously impaired if the costing of electrode is allowed to get damp due to atmospheric moisture. Dampness causes water vapour to be generated in the arc shield and can adversely affect both the running properties of the electrode (by promoting excessive fireness and spatters) and the quality of welded portion (by creating porosity and piping). This problems is severe with hydrogen controlled electrode. We have a range of welding electrode drying ovens to suit many locations and needs.
Our vacuum drying oven is fabricated from grade SS-304 and other material and is ideal for fine vacuum. Our efficient oven can maintain 760 mmHg (0 Tore) vacuum. Drying Electrodes :
Generally electrodes are hygroscopic in nature, it absorb's moisture from the environment. Such electrodes give porous welds & fuse slowly. For smooth welding, electrodes must be dried perfectly before they used. For low hydrogen electrodes keep oven at 250 deg.C.
Submerged Arc/Gas Welding Fluxes :
Like electrodes, these Fluxes have the tendency to absorb moisture from the environment. Such Fluxes are dried at 250 deg.C. For best result.
Construction :
