Industrial
blenders are widely used in mixing and grinding dry powders. The shape of its
body gives it the particular name of a blender. The blenders that we provide
are absolutely advantageous because they discharge the material entirely. Material
is loaded into the machine through a broad opening and is released through a mucon
or slide valve. For better mixing, the blenders are added with paddle type
baffles. The blender manufactured by us assures a homogeneous mixture of particles,
which can further be used for various applications.

Industrial drum mixers are ones where the drum is rotating and the blades are stationary. Its design of the blades is given such that the powders are mixed homogeneously. It requires less time for mixing and that is why they are so demanded for mixing of two or three ingredients for cattle feed manufacturers, fertilizer industries, etc. As far as their capacity is concerned, we are providing these different models from 25 kg to 500 Kgs batch capacity.
'REVA’ DRUM BLENDER MACHINE (G.M.P. MODEL)
The unit is specially made for dry mixing, blending etc. The mixer is supplied complete with 1No. Stainless Steel 316 drum having an airtight lid, with quick closing and opening clamps. The capacity of the drum is 200 liters, and it can mix 50 to 80 kgs. of material. The Drum is driven in slanting position and therefore a three dimensional motion is obtained which gives very good and efficient mixing. The machine works on 1.5 H.P.440 volt motor with reduction gearbox. All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality and Body cladded with S.S. 304, 18 Gauge sheet. Tumbling Mixers work on Diffusion Mixing Mechanism, in diffusive mixing, mobility of individual molecules is achieved by distributing particles over freshly developed surface. Materials are mixed by tumbling them in a partly filled container rotating about a horizontal axis. The rotary motion and gravitational force leads to cascade flow, which moves the material from side of the mixer to the middle of the mixer. When the material falls into the middle of the mixer, it spreads away developing fresh surface areas for efficient and homogeneous blending. This action continuously repeated during each rotation.
