These presses provide fast approach slow pressing & fast return speeds. The change in speed can be manually preset to take place at any point of the stroke with the help of limit switches / proximity switches or rotary encoders & potentiometers.

We offer Deep Drawing Press that is fabricated using quality raw material and is designed for high off center loads with heavy RAM force. The Heavy duty frame type and pillar type machine is loaded with Automatic/semi-automatic presses with PLC control. Specially designed for deep drawing and punching these are capable enough to handle tough punching that can not be done mechanically. It contains Photo sensor electric safety light curtain and centralized lubrication system with Water cooled heat exchanger and PLC, L.V.D for drawing depth accurate control. These are applicable in oil tanks, mudguards, bath tubs , Wheel Barrows L.P.G cylinders halves and airplane parts. Customization is provided as required by the client.
