Our portable Gantry Crane designs allow for quick and easy assembly and ease of relocation to more than one area or facility. All nuts, bolts and pins are plated for corrosion resistance. We also manufacture wide flange beam Gantry Cranes for lifting applications that require supplemental coverage for an overhead crane, the facility floor remaining unaltered, or wide clear passage for vehicles and/ or personnel, consider custom designed single or double leg, wide flange beam Gantry Cranes.

The double girder cranes are used when heavy loads and wide spans are required, the S. CRANE double girder overhead cranes show their strength. double girder cranes consist of two torsion-free box girders. This makes double girder cranes especially suitable for lifting and transporting loads over 10 T and for span of more than 25 m S. Double girder overhead cranes are available with load capacities upto 30 T and with spans upto 31 m. Articulated end carriage joints ensure positive contact of all four wheels with the track. The range of fixing arrangements allows the appropriate integration of S. CRANE overhead cranes into new buildings as well as into existing buildings. Just as with all other types of S. CRANE overhead cranes, the profiles of the main girder are optimally produced using computers so that maximum performance with a minimum of deadweight can be achieved. An advantage that has financial benfits.
Double girder bridge cranes form a major chunk of orders received by AHE engineers annually. As a result, the company has successfully managed to refine this particular product over time to reflect changing customer needs and evolving technology. The figure above shows a double girder bridge cranes with auxiliary hoist. AHE engineers manufactures double girder bridge cranes without the auxiliary hoisting feature also. Depending on the spans of the factory sheds, the Double Girder Bridge cranes can come either with a single drive system or a twin drive system.
AHE Engineers also makes cranes that have a cabin control feature as is seen in the picture on the left above. Depending on the Safe Working Load of the crane, the Double Girder Bridge Cranes have either a carriage type travelling mechanism or a bogey type travelling mechanism. STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLY: This basically comprises of two bridges girder fixed on two end carriages carried on forged steel wheels.
