MAPL's Votated Fat Making and Dosing System converts liquid fat into plasticised and aerated fat to develop extremely good structure and plasticity to the liquid fat. The chilled and votated fat improves the quality of the product. MAPL has also PLC controlled automation whereby the fat votation, storage and dispensing to various process locations takes place automatically on demand from each of the process centers from a single central system. The accuracy of votated fat dispensing is ±50 grams over 60 kgs. Votated fat can be supplied to multiple process centers located 200 meters away through a single fat dosing system mounted on load cells.

Accurate dosing of minor ingredients in food industry is very essential. All along these operations were done manually batch by batch. PLC controlled MAPL chemical dosing system offers excellent solution with pay back, bringing in consistent quality into the product. 25Kg. of each chemical is loaded into respectively feeders. Each feeder is controlled by a frequency drive. Each chemical is fed into the Foods Grade FRP Pressure tank mounted on load cell one by one. Proper amount of water is added and the chemicals are stirred and dispensed into the cookers or mixer using air pressure or gravity. Our LP-HP dosing system is an exclusive device, which is used in petrochemical, power, fertilizer and other processing industries. The apparatus applied for dosing consists of a preparatory vessel, agitator, metering pumps, interconnecting piping, all mounted on a common skid. Screw dosing
This dosing system is used for powdery products. A screw dosing unit consists of a bulk dosing screw for coarse dosing and a small one for fine dosing. Both screws are fitted with a pneumatically operated shut-off valve. The number of revolutions of the screws can be adjusted by means of a frequency control system.
Belt dosing
This dosing system is used for fragile products such as muesli, expanded grains or products which may not be damaged.

We provide compact and innovative PLC controlled Flour Handling & Dosing System that is instrumental in attaining consistent product quantity, hygienic environment and excellent pay back benefits. In this system, flour is drawn either from silo or from bags (using a pneumatic bag tilter) after that it passes through a magnetic grill and then through gyro screen sifter into pneumatic pressure pump mounted on load cell. Utilizing dense phase transfer technology, pneumatic pump flour is transferred into silos mounted on top of mixers. The system caters to multiple mixers operating in different recipes. The lubemiser is an air/electric loading mechanism which adjusted to any size machine and is used with or without programmable logic control. Instructions for first installation Install unit the nearest possible to the shot sleeve assembly. The recommended maximum distance is 3 mt On the bottom cabinet you will be find the connection value for compressed air. Connect to air supply. Install the dosing piping tube system in order to reach the shot sleeve without interfering moving parts of die casting machines. Connect the dosing tube to the connection mounted on the unit (The tube with 13 mm diameter is supplied with dosing unit).
