Offset Disc Harrow is tractor hydraulic operated implement which trails behind the tractor
and effectively breaks up clods with deeper penetration due to its
heavy weight and design. Both disc gangs are offset at an angle to
ensure no soil remains uncut and heavy crop residue with organic matter
is effectively buried. Provision of handle screw enables it for the
adjustment of inclination required for the disc penetration depth
hence suitable for different cutting depths for varying soil
conditions. Heavy duty sturdy mainframe with heavy duty spools and
hardened discs ensure proper centerweight and longer life.

We manufacture and export our range of offset disc harrow that is mounted, hydraulically operated implement. These are attached to the tractors having either category 1 or 2 linkage. Our offset disc harrow find their application in Orchards, Groves and Vineyards. Their rigid construction and depth of penetration adapt heavy discing in tough soils, whilst unit attachment to the tractor with working depth controlled hydraulically. This helps in the easy discing in small areas and corners. Our harrows are available in a range of 12 and 14 discs of 22" or 24" diameter in two gangs. The front discs are scalloped and rear discs are plain. The front gang and the rear gang can be moved right or left, to a maximum of two feet in relation to the hitch frame. There are three positions for crank attachment on the member of the front gang. Positioning depends on amounts and direction of offset required.

The Shri Kanhaiyalal Ramratan mounted disc harrow is hydraulically operated implement and can be attached to Tractor having either category 1 or 2 linkage. Mounted disc harrow has 12, 14, 16, 18 discs of 22" or 24" Dai in to gangs. Both the gangs may be moved right or left in relation to hitch frame to give the required offset. The rear gang may also be moved right or left to a maximum of two feet in relation to the front gang, thus giving a maximum offset of four feet. There are three positions for crank attachment on the rear member of the front gang. Positioning depends on amounts and direction of offset required.
Cropking Mounted offset disc harrow - as the name suggests this is a harrow capable of operating offset from the tractor. The harrow is made up of 14-24 discs mounted in two gangs. Each gang has common centre bolt (arbor) and throws the soil in opposite direction. Finer soil tilth is obtained by cutting, impact and stirring action of the discs. The very aggressive action of the harrow cuts and buries crop residues. Sometimes notched discs are incorporated in the harrow. The notched discs penetrate better in the soil because of the reduced peripheral contact area. Also these discs are very effective against weeds because of the pulling and cutting action of the discs rather than pushing. The spring loaded head stock brace of the mounted harrow allows flexibility of the unit over uneven terrain or obstructions. This feature prevents damage.
