These controllers receive inputs from different sensors and the type of sensor is field selected. Controllers are available as on / off type, Proportional and PI type.

The Digital Proportional Temperature controllers Series 1552, are designed to measure, display and control temperature, of furnaces over wide range, with high accuracy using Silicon Controlled Rectifier as a power controlling device. Different sensors may be used for desired temperature control range.
