Our offered range of Dwyer – Capsuhelic Differential Pressure Gages is procured from certified vendors, who design it to give fast, accurate indication of differential pressures. These gages are widely used as a readout device, when measuring flowing fluids, pressure drop across filters, liquid levels in storage tanks and many other applications involving pressure, vacuum or differential pressure. Using the basic design of Dwyer’s time-proven Magnehelic® gage, the Capsuhelic® gage contains a simple, frictionless movement that permits full scale readings as low as 0.5 inch water column.
The pressure that is being measured is held within a capsule, which is an integral part of the gage. The differential pressure gauge consists of 2 bourdon tubes, out of which one is meant for highland and the other for low pressure line. The pointer of the instrument provides direct reading off differential pressure. Each bourdon tube can acquire maximum pressure limit of 1.3 times the highest range shown on the dial. These gauges are manufactured in dial size 150 mm and with pressure range from 0-t kg/cm2 upto 1000 kg/cm2, in addition to an accuracy rate of ± 1%.
