This Heavy Duty Platen Die Cutter Press is meant for Creasing. Cutting and Punching of Card Board as well as Corrugated Boxes. The Machine is provided with Safety Devices like Electro magnetic Clutch, Timer, Brake, Trip Bar and Safety Guard for Operator safety. The Machine is also equipped with Micron Impression Adjustment System, Dwell Timing Device, Centralized Lubricating System, Sheet Counter and all standard accessories.

The main driving shaft is equipped with two sets of double helical self lubricated imported polyamide pinions maintained in an all bath. We manufacture the complete plant for printing, slotting, creasing and die cutting operations. Fabricated with state-of-the-art technology, our combination plant has four distinct parts that actualize different applications. These are:
I. Feeder: The front of the blank is fed fractionally in vacuumed foundation and the rear is fed by kick feeding in vacuumed condition. Center Part of the machine controls the blank and that enables minimizing unnecessary friction in this part.
II. Flexo Printer: A pre-set button enables automatic adjusting of the distance between upper & lower pull rolls and distance between pining cylinder and press roll to choose board thickness. A Flex C-3 Ink Saving device turns the process of changing ink into a fat cost effective one.
III. Slotter Creaser: This machine consists of hard chrome plated precisely grounded four main shafts that enables easy movement of creaser & slotting heads.

Our company offers special purpose rim cutting press to cut the rim spiral to individual rim size. The press in fabricated from high grade construction steel with heavy duty fly wheel and is filled with special steel cutting die and die touch. A length measuring attachment is provided to give accurate length of cut rim. The press is capable of cutting rims from 16" dia to 28" dia. The machine comes complete with 2 H.P.
