We fabricate diaphragm type metering pumps that are hydraulically operated and are available in single and double forms. These pumps are appropriate to handle hazardous, radio active or poisonous liquids as they are capable of preventing any sort of leakage. Being hydraulically actuated under great control, they have a longer performing life. It acts as a separating device as the liquids and the actuating fluids are pumped on opposite sides. Teflon is mostly used to manufacture the diaphragm. An innate relief vacuum combancity valve is provides on the hydraulic side to protect the whole system. We can also offer double diaphragm and remote heads to handle harsh situations like managing slurry or hot liquids.
The two diaphragms are doing the work to prime and push the liquid through the pump system. Tapflo diaphragms are of sandwich compound construction, superior for continuous heavy duty service. The solution with an integrated metal core, provides a completely smooth surface in contact with the liquid, without any nuts or washers. This results in no leak through and a diaphragm which is easy to keep clean. The diaphragm is available in PTFE (food grade), EPDM, white EPDM (food grade), NBR and FKM (FKM on certain models only).
