We manufacture Natural diamond dies in the size range of 0.013 – 1.200 mm.
Passionate, as we are about precision, we use individually selected, flawless rough diamonds from established and trusted vendors for the decades. Depending on the type of drawing and specification of the customer, right choice of diamond is handpicked.
The rough diamonds are flattened with respect to 111 plane orientation to give each and every natural diamond die, maximum strength to withstand tough drawing applications and also allows maximum number of recuts.
The natural diamonds are mounted into a stainless steel casings using computer controlled sinter press. Accurate profile is drilled on state of the art laser machines and the angles are ground and polished on fine ultrasonic machines. Then the dies are accurately sized and polished on wire machines according to the customer specification.
