AGUAPURO offers De-Mineralization Plants are available in Two Types, Mainly Two Bed DM Plants and Mixed Bed DM Plants. However, DM Plants are also available with Weak Base & Strong Base Cation & Anion Exchanger. DM Plants are also available with De-gassification System to remove alkalinity physically without using chemicals (Saves NaOH).
Aguapuro Offers Standard DM Plants with FRP / Mild Steel Rubber Lining & SS 316 L (Quartz Lined) construction.
AGUAPURO series DM Plants (Two Bed & Mixed Bed units) are available in various sizes having cation and anion exchanger unit with 200 mm to 2000 mm diameter with either Valves or Multi Port Valve depending upon the sizes and customer requirement.

Our softener & Demineralization techniques are known for effective and efficient treatment of water. For softener, hard water is passed through the resin and the calcium and magnesium ions are removed by the resin and equal number of sodium ions is imparted to the water. The resin has finite capacity for removal of calcium and magnesium ions and after this capacity is exhausted, the resin will have to be regenerated to bring it back in sodium form. The resin is regenerated using 10-15% sodium chloride solution. H2O SOLUTIONS Demineralizers are designed based on latest cost effective ion exchange technique of counter current regeneration. The units consist of two corrosion free pressure vessels internally connected in series. The first column containing Cation absorbing exchanger and second column charged with an anion absorbing exchanger. The water flow through the bed of a Cation exchanger then the bed of an anion exchanger. Thus the systems remove dissolved salts from water to a specified degree.
After using total exchange capacity of systems Cation and anion regeneration must be carried out. The Cation exchanger is regenerated with an acid and anion exchange resin is regenerated with an alkali solution.
