Fully automatic vacuum dehydration unit (VDU) heats oil before injecting it into vacuum chambers. It extracts free and dissolved moisture, air and gases from the oil. Vacuum dehydration unit incorporates electrically operated vacuum pump, which is oil filled as well as double or single stage. The unit is mobile trolley mounted, compact and user friendly. VDU is used for dehydrating hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, transmission oil, engine flushing oil, gear box oil, etc.

The rotors and stators are heated to pre-determined temperature and then trickled with varnish (Resin + Hardener) and cured until it hardens. When ready for manual unloading, these are rotated by chain drive, which rotates the spindles mounted on indexing, rotating table at an appropriate speed apt for trickling. Our low vacuum dehydrating machine is used for removing moisture and dissolved gases from oil. These machines work on the principle of vacuum dehydration where oil from oil tank is sucked through a vacuum pump and heated in a vacuum chamber to 55 deg centigrade. It is to be noted that as boiling point of water in vacuum is below 50 deg c , water in oil becomes steam and is passed through an air cooled cooler and taken out. The dehydrated oil is pumped back to the tank. Since the oil is heated only up-to 55 deg c, there will not be any degradation of oil when compared to conventional of water removal.
