Its unique design offers angular & axial stability at the plate / screw interface to improve the quality of fixation especially in comminuted and osteoporotic fracture. Its plating system provides extra stability in maintaining primary and secondary reduction while preserving the periosteal blood supply by lowering the compression generated underneath the plate. Our system is used as conventional plate fixation or internal – external fixator or as a combination of both.
