“DIGITECH” make D.C. to D.C. Converter are designed with latest Integrated circuit technology so as to provide high efficiency, low ripple content, and better regulation.
Built-in comprehensive safety features ensure reliable, maintenance free operation and provide fast over load, short circuit protection.Soft start feature limits the starting inrush current and avoids any overshoots in output.
Special care has been taken to minimize output ripples and spikes. The EMI/RFI filter components are also mounted on the converter module.

SMPS is basically a circuit that operates in a closed loop system to regulate the power supply output. The AC line voltage is rectified and filtered without using a line frequency isolation transformer. An optocoupler and voltage reference combination gives feedback for control purposes.
