The Shri Kanhaiyalal Ramratan land leveller is a simple and rugged Implement, which is directly fitted to the Tractor. The 6mm single plate body duly reinforced makes our levellers trouble free in operation. It is a hydraulically operated basic implement for preparation of Land. Leveling blade is made out of special steel and having 100x6mm or 75x6mm cross section which gives it double the life compared to other ordinary blades. The land leveller is available in 6' (weight 95kg.), 7' (weight 105kg.) and 8' (weight 115kg.).

Our range of Tyne ridger is an implement, which cuts and turns the soil in two opposite directions simultaneously in order to form ridges and also for earthing up operation. The body of the ridger consists of two mouldboard, share, and point and tie bars to vary the wingspan of ridger. The share point is made of high carbon steel which makes it robust and replaceable along with hardened and tempered for long life.

Understanding the needs of the farmers, we have designed and manufactured a distinct range of heavy duty spring loaded tiller with nine tines mounted in two rows. Our range of these tillers eliminate the use of the plough. Each tine is mounted with two strong coil spring. This feature allows the tines to ride over obstructions in the soil easily. This enables the tiller to be used in stone and root obstructed soil. Being a little heavy than the other 9-tine tiller, it can aerate soil to a depth of one foot. In this tiller 2.3/16" reversible shovels are fitted. The front and the rear tines can be spaced as desired for either raw crop or general cultivation work because holes in the frame are provided at one-inch interval. We have also used special steel forged tines and high tensile bolts in these tillers. We have also designed and manufactured a range of heavy duty tillers 7 tines.
We offer a range of spring loaded tiller which has 7, 9, 11 or more tines. These tines are mounted in two rows one behind the other at center distance of 9". We have mounted each tine with two strong coil spring that allows the tine to ride over obstructions in the soil without the inconvenience of stopping the work. This specific property of our spring loaded tiller makes it suitable for stone and root obstructed soil. Fitted with 2.5" reversible shovels, these tillers are highly efficient. Special steel forged tines and high tensile bolts are also used. Made from special steel duly hardened and tempered, our range of tillers is light in weight and extremely hard. Our tillers loosen the soil to a depth of nine inches and eliminate the use of the plough. Thus they are used in the preparation of seed bed quickly and economically.
Our range of Mounted Mould Board Plough is specially designed to handle the various kinds of tough ploughing job with its exceptional penetration performance. This has been developed with the under frame unit to unit clearances which are adequate to cope with trashy conditions. The alignment of the plough beams carrying the Mould board bottom is perfect which is maintained by virtue of the frame construction. The Mould board retains its mirror finish throughout and hence, contributes to well turned furrow.

In this particular tiller, the rear tines are also fixed with upper springs to prevent from grass and weeds in the soil. Made from quality steel, the main frame have distinctive look as the front and the rear beam is square type. We also fabricate mounted disc plough which is capable of handling any type of plouging jobs.
