The Z-Glass Sintered disc is manufactured by crushing borosilicate glass, powdering, cleaning, separating into various mesh sizes and then fusing together in the form of a disc. The sintered disc is graded into 7grade i.e. G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5.
We are manufacturer of sintered disc of different diamater from 10mm to 200mm of different porsosity i.e G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 or G5
We also make Small size, O.D. 6.5 mm. (tolerance ±0.1 mm.) thickness 2.2 mm. to 2.5 mm of different porosity and

We manufacture a range of melting crucibles that have three sections which are Base frame, tilting Frame and interchangeable inductors. The interchangeable inductors are made using specially shaped copper section that have higher strength and conductivity. The melting crucibles are used in easy emptying as well as calm & complete pouring for which a special hydraulic system is incorporated. Inside the conductor, there is a melting basin that is available with an adequately thick refractory lining in between. We also provide a special trip system for wear on refractory.
