Our products are forged as per the exact specification set by Ashok Leyland and are isothermally annealed at closely controlled temperatures to obtain uniform dimension after heat treatment. These are subjected to uniform case hardening which is done at controlled atmospheric temperature and press quenched to avoid distortion.
