End Feed Mini Applicators are designed to suit various types of End Feed Terminals (end to end) in chain form.
An option is available where we change the Dial Type arrangement to a screw type where terminal is heavy (above 0.6 mm). We can also modify the Base Plate to suit to the Asian Type model.Applicators are supplied with proper documentation and ready to use condition.

This is a 100 ton capacity crimping press for metallic bushes for automobile bushes with rubber moldings. The purpose of crimping press is to relieve the stresses developed post curing of rubber and the final outer dia size finalisation. Machine is run in auto mode with auto ejection, loading and unloading of components is manual. It has a very high production rate and other models for bigger size of Bushes can also be developed, We have other machines related to this product line. Like bond strenth testing machine and spray painting machine is for cam lack and adhesive for inner as well as for the outer surfaces.
HOSE CRIMPING MACHINE
Joint Feed Applicators are meant for Joint type crimping.Joint terminals are used to join wire to wire. These terminals appear as Side Feed but are used used in End Feed fashion in this specially designed applicator. For thicker terminals we have a option of screw type adaptor which is more roubust and stable. The cutter detaches the carrier automatically and there is sufficient space for the operator to place his hands on both the sides of the crimper.
Digital Crimping Press RTF-2 is the most standard model of the range of Crimping Presses manufactured by CIC . This can be used for crimping terminals with wires in White Goods industry and also in Automobile Industry (that is for very small and normal terminals)
Almost all the major wiring harness manufacturers in White Goods and in the Automobile industry have patronised this product and are using it trouble free from past many years.
Customer is free use any type of applicator with this press. He can either use CIC type applicators or we can modify/adapt the press to suit the applicators the customer is having.
These presses are suitable to crimp terminal of sheet thickness upto 0.5 mm with wires upto 4-6 Sq.mm. It may be noted that this data is only indicative.
Side Feed Mini Applicator are designed crimp Side Feed Terminals being fed into the applicator from left to right. The present Dial Type adator can be changed to Screw Type if the terminal is thicker. These applicator are modified to suit thick base plate of Asian Style .
This design applicator is also suitable to run fine terminals, center carrier terminals, middle carrier terminals, rear carrier terminals, double carrier terminals etc.
Applicators can also be supplied with proper documentation , trial samples and in ready to use condition.
Digital Crimping Press RTF-6 is a 6 tons crimping press used mainly to crimp heavy terminals. This is mainly used in automobile industry where we need to crimp terminal of higher sheet thickness and thicker wires for example battery terminals.
This product has unique slow motion feature as available in all the ranges of CIC make crimping presses and is a maintenance free product.
